What the framework does not yet answer
A framework proposed by one author is a starting point, not a finding. Four questions remain open, and the paper does not resolve them.
Cumulative load
The instrument measures one facility against its hosts. A host can score well against every individual project and still be exhausted by their sum. Extending the framework to cumulative assessment is unsolved.
Reference populations
The normalization classes need real reference data before their adjustments can be treated as anything other than proposed defaults.
Consent measurement
The symbiosis dimension proposes consent indicators without the social-science rigor a specialist in that field would bring.
Composite scoring
The refusal to average six dimensions into one number is a deliberate choice. It makes the profile harder to use and harder to rank. Whether that trade is correct deserves to be argued.
